Your abstract should adress one of the workshop topics cited on our web page.
The abstract shall not exceed one page plus two explanatory pages (size A4) and shall contain the following aspects:
- Title
- Full name and address of one author for correspondence
- Full name and affiliation of other authors/co-authors
- Purpose and approach of work
- Scientific innovation and relevance to the addressed topics
- Results and conclusions
- File format: .pdf
Deadline for abstract submission is May 23, 2025
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by our scientific committee. Authors will be notified for acceptance of their abstracts by the organization committee before August 15, 2025.
After the workshop, all presentations and posters will be published (as pdf) on the workshop web page.
Workshop Proceeding:
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will have the opportunity to submit a manuscript for publication in the workshop proceedings. After peer review, the workshop proceedings will be published as special issue of a journal and be fully citeable with DOI.
