Venue

The workshop will take place in Thor Central, Genk, Belgium.

Thor Central, a former coal mining site, brought wealth, urban development and energy to the Limburg region in Belgium. The right wing of the building has been renovated in cooperation with ‘Onroerend Erfgoed Vlaanderen’, while preserving its majestic and impressive character.

Visitors’ parking is available at the entrance of Thor Park. If these places are full, you can find additional parking spots next to the Energyville campus (left side when facing the main entrance). There is also a charging station for electric cars available on both spots.

Warning! It is not allowed to park in front of the building: on the gravel, in the little ‘park’ or on the road in the whole of Thor Park. Parking guards check Thor Park very regularly for offenders.

A lift for disabled people is available.
